I have previously worked with them in various projects when I was working in logistics, before joining Multinet. Thus, knowing each other’s way of working, accelerated the projects in Multinet. As always, we worked intensively with a respectful, strong communicator, listener, competent and hardworking team. Mrs. Hande gave us inspirations with her supervision and opinions in each phase of the project. We worked intensively with them and we completed multiple tasks within a short period of time such as; current status analysis, short/medium/long term actions, KPI definitions, MIS and performance management system implementation. Instead of pushing classic consultant modules, we determined the best suitable work flow and structure using brainstorming. This has enabled me to gain a unique experience in working with such a team. These studies helped us changing/transforming quickly, guided our executives at the same time by determining long term functional strategic road maps.
