At the beginning of the project, I thought that we were going to transform the existing processes to a written and clearer format by following classic methods that are usually found to be tedious… But from the first moments we started to work with them, I realized that my initial judgement was wrong. Their team’s stunning energy, effort, enthusiasm and their success kept our motivation at a high level, at all times. Even when we were struggling, it was fabulous to work with them. Thanks to them, we have never lost our motivation and kept our joy, while focusing to our work and common goal. Every second and minutes we worked with the team was efficient and productive. At the end, we have not only written our processes but also mapped them, but more importantly we have transformed our processes to a more efficient. We determined ways to measure, report and audit these processes. On top of this, all necessary trainings were carried out, and we were supported in all means to keep the project alive. After project completion we knew that they would support our team whenever we needed them. I can confidently say that their team placed strong emphasis on working in-depth as well as listening attentively and assessing problems to prevent any open issues. Also, they did not hesitate to go the extra mile to finish the project which is something that I admire. This team, is much more than just working with a consulting company, it is more like working with a group of close friends who think and want to achieve the best for you.
