The summary of my experience is «They put their hands under the rock with mine». The summary of the work that we did together is: We identified our growth strategy based on our partnership and growth opportunities in the market and redesigned the organization that would take us to that strategy. Then, revised the processes that will work together in that organization and finally defined the needs of the information systems infrastructure. The top 3 value adding actions that the team has undertaken were:

1.  Detailed analyses – which were critical to understand what we do
2. Ease of implementation of the designed structure – reconciling with the process owner made it possible for him to own the process
3. Implementation tracking – they did not allow all the work to become colorful files on racks

To summarize, in contrast to a global consulting firms approach that enforces implementation of the global best practices as tailor-made solutions, their team designed a tailor-made structure and helped us implement it. Thank you very much.
