The study we carried out together with the team, which aimed at defining and documenting our business processes and determining improvement areas, was successfully and beneficially completed. The holistic perspective they brought in, including analysis of end-to-end processes and integration of reciprocal roles of functions, was very well blended in our company’s culture. Thanks to their extensive knowledge and experience, we were able to define and document our existing processes; pinpoint areas of improvement; create new development opportunities and design new processes that have increasing productivity.
