Our company had a challenge a year ago to establish a new Strategic Planning Department with business intelligence and planning, monitoring and control functions. Professionals from their company had conducted a tedious work in analyzing worldwide practices and customizing them to the peculiarities of our company. Medicalpark ERP selection and implementation was an extensive project in terms of both geographies and modules. It was aimed to be implemented in a very short time frame. We worked together with them during operational and organizational productivity project of Hürriyet Dünyası. I personally had a chance to observe how they professionally handled our activities -from publishing to printing press production, from advertisement sales to digital content management- which are concentrated in many fields and specialities, with a results-oriented approach.
